Max and Bella’s Smokehouse is located in Downtown Plymouth on Ann Arbor Trail, right next to the historic Wilcox House. Owner and Chef Aaron Peggs is proud to offer freshly-smoked, true Southern barbecue in huge portions as well as classic barbecue side dishes like cheesy potatoes, mac and cheese, coleslaw, and house made spicy pickles.
